- There are absolutely no hidden charges.
- If any part needs to be replaced, customer will incur additional charges. Before replacing, customer will be notified about it and has got right to cancel.
- Our "No fix, no fee " guarantee only applies in the event of our technicians being technically unable to complete a repair, the Work on-site (1 hour) is still applicable if the customer is unwilling to purchase any necessary parts or equipment.
- If needed customer declares to share own software during visits to enable updates or changes on the existing operating system.
- “Plinuk.co.uk” declares to maintain computer(s) at customers location or if preferred at the sit of company.
- “Plinuk.co.uk” does not take any responsibility for the legality of data or/and software installed on customer(s) PC(s).
- Our working hours are Monday to Saturday 9.00 - 17.30. For your convenience, we can arrange other day/time to visit you.
- “Plinuk.co.uk” reserves the right to collect and store personal data and/or backup files but will not share them with any other companies.
- While we always take the greatest care possible, no liability can be accepted for loss or damage to data whilst work is being carried out.
- Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are payable immediately on presentation.
- All parts and equipment (including software) remain the property of “Plinuk.co.uk” until full payment is received in respect of these goods. We reserve the right to pursue repossession of any goods for which payment is outstanding
- All the prices shown on our website include VAT.
